LOCTITE 3616
LOCTITE 3616 is an epoxy adhesive designed to bond surface mounted devices to printed circuit boards before wave soldering.
LOCTITE® 3616 is a red viscous paste before curing and is particularly suitable for printing a range of dot heights from one stencil thickness. The product is made for applications where high print speeds and high wet strength characteristics are required.
