LOCTITE ABLESTIK 958-7, Epoxy, Die attach LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 958-7 electrically conductive epoxy adhesive is designed for hybrid die attach. This adhesive provides better adhesion to gold than other versions of ABLEBOND 958 adhesive series.
